Cervical Epidural Steroid Injection (without contrast)

Learn about this procedure and watch a detailed video that shows you exactly what is involved.

There are several conditions that can result in compression of the spinal nerves in the neck or cervical spine. Some of those conditions include herniated discs, radiculopathy, bulging discs, osteoarthritis of the cervical spine, and spinal stenosis. When the nerves become pinched from the pressure they can radiate pain throughout the neck, down the arms as well as causing severe headaches. This injection can relieve the pain in the neck and ultimately provide relief from the residual effects of the pinched nerves.
